The move by erstwhile Merrill Lynch economist David Rosenberg to Gluskin Sheff seems to be paying off in early days.
The economist has been hitting headlines with prominent interviews on Bloomberg TV and Fox Business. In fact, Mr Rosenberg is so celebrated on TV that the Fox presenter questioning him yesterday about rising US consumer confidence had this to say about him at the end of the interview:
“He got the financial crisis right. He called it before it happened. Smart guy. Got a little bit of a brain crush on the guy. I mean, he kind of speaks to my mind…
