The Hungarian forint dropped sharply on Tuesday as the market digested comments on the country’s fiscal position by Viktor Orban, Hungary’s s premier-in-waiting. Orban warned that the country’s fiscal deficit would be higher than the target set by the IMF, the FT reports.
