Jury indicts Rajaratnam

A US federal grand jury on Tuesday returned indictments against Raj Rajaratnam, billionaire founder of Galleon hedge fund, and Danielle Chiesi, a former Bear Stearns employee, in an insider trading case that has ensnared top executives across the US. The formal charges against the two come nearly two months after US prosecutors accused them and four others of participating in an insider trading scheme involving shares in IBM, Google, Hilton and AMD, among others.
