Reaping the new ‘New Deal’ dollar

The Baltic Dry index is apparently sustaining its first consecutive advance in weeks on expectations that an Obama stimulus will boost commodity imports/exports. The theory is that massive infrastructure spending akin to that of Roosevelt’s New Deal will obviously raise demand for iron ore and other industrial metals in particular. More…
