The bags are packed, the taxi is booked, the tickets have arrived… yep Markets Live (UK) is taking a well earned break.
For the next couple of weeks you will have to make do without your daily dose of banter mixed with markets tittle-tattle. Given Markets Live’s statistically proven impact on global markets, we reckon this could be just the breather Ben, Merv and Jean-Claude need.
However, should a big bank blow up or worse, the FT Alphaville team will be on hand with Emergency ML sessions. The US version will also run as normal, at 10am New York time / 3pm London time, on Friday. Look out for the emails.
Normal service will be resumed Monday, September 5th.
