Overnight markets: Mostly down

Asian stocks mostly fell as capital raising speculation in Japan and a slump in shipping rates fuelled concerns that share valuations were too high given earnings expectations, reports Bloomberg. Futures on the S&P500 Index were little changed on Tuesday after the gauge fell 0.4% on Monday.
