Anthony Bolton, Fidelity’s president of investments and former star stock-picker at Fidelity International, has shelved his retirement plans to relocate from London to Hong Kong to set up a China-focused fund. The move will mark a return to portfolio management for Bolton, who stepped down from daily stock picking two years ago. Bolton turns 60 in March and had planned to retire next month, but in an article for the FT, says that a recent visit to China rekindled his desire to manage money.
