Overnight markets: Down

Asian stocks fell for the fourth consecutive day, reports Bloomberg, dragging the MSCI Asia Pacific Index to its longest losing streak in more than four months, after Merrill Lynch cut its outlook on the global semiconductor industry and commodities retreated. Futures on the S&P500 Index dipped 0.1% after the index retreated 1.3% on Thursday, the most since Oct 30.
