US prosecutors on Thursday intensified their crackdown on Wall Street insider trading, revealing criminal charges against 14 people which are related to the case last month against Raj Rajaratnam, founder of the Galleon hedge fund, and five other people accused in an insider trading scheme. At the centre of a network described in Thursday’s complaints is Zvi Goffer, who worked at Galleon for about eight months before starting Incremental Capital, a trading firm, in late 2008.
