Lloyds Banking Group is in talks to sell parts of Bank of Scotland’s wealth management business to Rathbone Brothers. The possible sale is part of Lloyds’ divestment of some non-core assets it acquired when it took over HBOS. Earlier this week, Lloyds said it was also in talks to sell Halifax Estate Agencies to LSL Property Services. On Thursday Lloyds said it was looking to sell some of BoS’s private client investment management assets to Rathbone, the wealth manager.
