Overnight markets: Mostly up

Asian stocks mostly rose on Wednesday, after a better- than-estimated sales forecast at Intel  boosted technology shares, offsetting a decline among financial companies.   Futures on the S&P500 Index climbed 0.9% after the gauge slipped 0.3% on Tuesday.
