June 4 (Bloomberg) — The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission will announce a lawsuit against former Countrywide Financial Corp. Chief Executive Officer Angelo Mozilo and two others for fraud. The agency plans to announce the action at a 4 p.m. Washington time news conference with Robert Khuzami, the agency’s enforcement director, according to an advisory announcing the event.
