From the Brit Insurance 2008 results, out today:

Netherlands identified as the preferred domicile of the Group’s holding company, subject to requisite clearances and approvals.

In fact, according to Dane Douetil, CEO, moving to Holland will cut Brit Insurance’s tax bill by 50 per cent.
