Ms Holt is a new name to us. She is accused thus, according the SEC complaint:

LauraPendergest-Holt,thechiefinvestmentofficer ofaStanfordaffiliate,was indispensable to this scheme by helping to preserve the appearance of safety fabricated by Stanford and by training others to mislead investors. For example, she trained training SIB’s . senior investment officer to provide false information to investors.
