					<description><![CDATA[Not sure that the MPC are doing such a bad job.

Personally I would prefer rates to rise and I think that raising them would be more consistent with hitting the inflation target at least in the short term. But they are clearly under intense political pressure to help mitigate the effects of the property bubble and the credit crunch.]]></description>
