					<description><![CDATA[1. Ever since Northern Rock, the Bank of England has suffered a loss of credibility.
2. Putting that aside, does anyone believe the Bank of England will ever warn the public about an impending apocalypse?
Of course not. The Bank of England's role is to boost confidence no matter how bad the financial crisis is.
If the Bank of England knew that the entire financial house of cards was going to collapse at 10:32 GMT five days from today, do you think the Bank Of England would warn the public.
