After a rocky Friday, in which spreads on all the major credit indices moved wider, fingers were being pointed at CDOs.
Rumours were doing the rounds about a number of possible liquidations. FT Alphaville understands that several large CDOs were indeed liquidated or are currently in the process of being liquidated:

Unconfirmed, two other CDOs are thought to be being liquidated. Golden Knight and Palmetto are two names on our radar. “Notices” have also been filed with the Irish Stock Exchange for Menton CDO II, Menton CDO III and Marc I.
For both Menton II and Menton III we drew blanks but after some digging were referred to earlyredemptions.desk@db.com
No reply as yet, but the clue is probably in the email address itself.
Update: Menton II, III and Marc I are fine! The “notices” to the Irish Stock Exchange are small losses to junior noteholders.
