					<description><![CDATA[It seems to me that current market conditions fit very well with Kindleberger's model of euphoria - I have this picture firmly in my mind of a cartoon character, I think it was the Road Runner who after running off the cliff remained running suspended it seemed by an invisible thread - until he looked down - why can't I get that out my head ?]]></description>
