RINO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION,  DEJUN &quot;DAVID&quot; ZOU, and JIANPING &quot;AMY&quot;  QIU," href="http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2013/comp-pr2013-87.pdf" target="_blank">diverted to buy</a> a house in Orange County, two Mercedes Benz cars and also funded shopping trips to the Chanel and Valentino stores in Beverley Hills.
